Envera reported that from 5:25 pm to 5:50 pm, they have communication issues with all of their communities. This created a problem with the visitors accessing all their communities. This was reported as the first time issue in over six years. They addressed the issue, and everything was back online.

Sticker not working
Contact the HOA Office and report that you are having an issue; they can check to ensure the sticker was activated in the system.
Call Envera’s Help Desk and supply your sticker number to them, and they will be able to help with all issues.

The phone numbers listed in the MyEnvera system are the numbers the guards will call
To check those numbers, open the MyEnvera app, select “Account” at the bottom, and then select “My Profile” your numbers are listed on this page.

You can call the Envera Help Desk to get help with adding your guest and vendors
When you are NOT inyour Vehicle
Within MyEnvera, you set a PIN to enter the community in a vehicle not registered with a sticker (e.g., a rental car, business vehicle, or Uber). To gain entry, you must use the visitor lane, inform the guard that you are a resident, and provide your name, address, and PIN. You can reset this PIN all you want; this is your personal pin.
