Jake Whitfield

My wife, Ashley, and I have three teenage children and love our Golden Eagle community.  I am a senior executive for a Fortune 10 company who oversees strategic partners and a managing partner in a telecommunications company. I served my first term on the HOA association as the Secretary and now as the Vice-President.  I have enjoyed my time working with the current board members.  We have made the commitment to ensure our home values will continue to rise while looking at future projects that our community desires. We were excited to bring the 4th of July fireworks show to GE this year and hope for years to come!  We had volunteers step up to create a neighborhood Facebook page that allows for better communication between neighbors.  We created the role of Field Manager to handle community issues in a timelier manner.  We completed a “facelift” to all of our gates, buildings and signs and partnered with a HOA software management company to ensure greater transparency & communication.  We are also continuing to strengthen our security for the community with even more offerings.  I look forward to serving in 2022 and will continue to work hard for this neighborhood.
